Fabulous place.  Had a mastectomy in  Feb and spent lots of money on bras. Came here had a fitting and have a new prosthetic and two bras.  If only I knew about this please earlier. Lovely ladies, very welcoming and exceptionally knowledgeable about boobs!!!!

I am an infrequent reviewer, often wondering about how reviews are generated but I’m for real! I was sorely in  need of a bra re-think and I am very happy with my purchases. The fitter was super-professional and friendly, and took time to choose styles for me. There was a great selection and I had ample time to decide, and Jill’s advice was appropriate and not intrusive. I have a better shape in my dresses than I have had for a few years.

Su found me exactly what I was looking for - a comfy bra to wear under a dress with a lower neckline than I expected when I bought it. Also briefs in my (large) size.
Ordered other bras that I've had before so  didn't need fitting.
Everyone was so welcoming. I was offered a cool drink immediately on this baking hot day.

Visited today after finding on a generic internet search as I wanted a proper consultation as opposed to an online purchase. I needed a sports bra, having had some pain and discomfort.  I also knew my existing bras were probably not their best.  Janice immediately offered support,  lots of helpful information which made total sense and explained why I had been having problems.  She understood my needs and offered numerous different bras until we found the right fit, comfort and style.  Came away with 3 beautiful items, another on order and a better understanding of how to wear my bras to give me the best support and comfort. This is my 4th visit to Janice Rose Lingerie and yet again I have had a fantastic experience and come away with the  most comfortable bras. The bra fitters are super approachable and know their products inside out. Which means, as a customer, your needs are met. I always go for a sports bra (amongst the every day ones) and JR has a great range, let you do a jump test and dance around (totally optional). I have never had a bad bra fitted from Janice Rose. If you find your bra pinches, hurts or your boobs sag, take a trip to Sutton-on-Trent, you won't regret it.
